What HŌMWAY is

HŌMWAY is a technology platform that coordinates real estate transactions with licensed local professionals. HŌMWAY does not provide legal, lending, escrow, appraisal, brokerage in every state, or construction services directly. HŌMWAY does not hold client funds.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter binding contracts.

Listings & information

Property information is provided by sellers and third parties and is deemed reliable but not guaranteed. All properties are subject to prior sale, change, or withdrawal.

Fees

Transaction fees are described on our pricing page and disclosed in writing before closing. Buyers do not pay HŌMWAY to discover or visit homes.

Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, HŌMWAY is not liable for the acts or omissions of independent licensed partners. Our aggregate liability is limited as set forth in these terms.
